Body of missing Silling Man found decomposing in Georgia

Police reveal missing Georgia student, 19, had been dead for two weeks when her decomposing body was found by a maintenance worker in an empty room at mall food court

A missing 19-year-old woman has been found dead in a Georgia mall, with her body in an ‘advanced state of decomposition‘. 

Silling Man, who was a student at Georgia State University, had gone missing on October 10. 

Her body was found in an empty food court area at Gwinnett Place Mall Duluth on December 21, Gwinnett County police said, and she was identified yesterday. 

Cops said her death is still under investigation and has not been ruled a homicide, the  reported, but they have not yet revealed the cause.

A police report explained the Lawrenceville woman had been dead for about two weeks when she was found.

Man was found by a maintenance worker checking a vacant area of the mall.

She was previously reported missing on October 8 before returning home when an investigator took on the case.

Two days later – after the file was closed – she disappeared again. 

But on November 20 she picked up her final paycheck from  a different mall, Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, police revealed. 

Cops investigating the death have appealed for information about her activities and acquaintances from mid-October to mid-December.
